It's a light pink blush with a subtle glow and high brightness. It's radiant and beautiful. When applied to the cheeks, it definitely gives a luminous effect with a visible sheen. This blush might look best on those with very fair complexions. The original color is already a light pink, but with the added luminosity, it appears even brighter. Unless you're using it as a base blush, I'd recommend this for people with lighter skin tones. The Hwahae Testers would likely appreciate the blush's ability to create an Inner Glow effect. For those with super sensitive skin, it's worth noting that the shimmer doesn't emphasize pores or cause irritation. The blush absorbs well without pilling, making it suitable for layering in your daily makeup routine. - bk*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 11, 2025
I've been loving their highlighter, so I had high hopes for the blush - and it exceeded my expectations! Recently, I've been into cool-tone makeup, wanting to apply a light blush widely on my cheeks as a base. So I chose the summer cool tone (shade 6, Ballet Core Pink). The baked formula adheres to the skin with a translucent finish, making your natural skin look even better. The application is moisturizing without being too soft, and since it's a baked type, there's no worry about excess powder. With its fine pearl particles, just one application makes your skin look great. Here's a personal tip: after finishing your lipstick, apply highlighter on your cupid's bow to make your lips appear plumper and more radiant. First, it might feel a bit pricey at full price, so congratulations on getting it on sale! For those with shades 21 or 17, the pink blush shows up well, but for shade 23, this product might feel more like a highlighter and less like a blush. Tip 2: Apply shade 6 Ballet Core Pink all over, then add a small amount of a darker shade where you want more emphasis for a beautiful gradient effect. I've introduced you to the first blush from the Glint brand, which I've been using so well! With 9 different shades available, you can choose one that suits your preference. Here are some recommendations based on skin tone: Spring Warm Tone: Shade 3 Melon Bite, Summer Cool Tone: Shade 6 Ballet Core Pink, Mute Tone: Shade 4 Tulip On, Winter Cool Tone: Shade 7 Pale Lilac. I recommend Glint Baked Blush for those who want to achieve dimension and ambiance with just one blush product. - fr********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 17, 2025
The texture is incredibly soft and fine, blending into the cheeks like a gentle stain! It feels as if there's a hint of very subtle shimmer. The color payoff is excellent, creating beautifully flushed cheeks. I've been using it as my go-to base blush this winter and absolutely love it. Even with discounts, the price is still quite high, which made me hesitate before purchasing. - mi*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 18, 2024
I love that the color payoff isn't too intense. The subtle shimmer seems to give the skin a nice glow. It doesn't create much excess powder, making it my go-to for everyday makeup! The color is a bit too strawberry milkshake-like, which can look a bit tacky if applied too heavily. I prefer to mix it with other shades. Mixing it with other pink-toned blushes creates a beautiful color! It's especially great when combined with matte blushers. - ha***********Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedDec 9, 2024
It blends beautifully when mixed with other products! This little gem is perfect for layering... It's the friend that gives you that soft-focus effect... When you're going for that delicate look, it adds just a touch of charm. For me, it's like a Glint blusher - the powder application and blending were quite nice. Of course, the results may vary depending on your brush technique! When applied on its own, it's barely noticeable on my skin. It just feels like I've dusted on some regular powder. For reference, I'm a shade 19-21 with cool undertones. Anyway, it gets absorbed by my skin so quickly that it needs to piggyback on other products. It's like a baby that can't stand on its own - lacking independence! The effect of blending changes depending on whether you apply this before or after other products. Try various combinations to find your perfect match! - ae******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 17, 2024
It gives off a highlighter-like glow! The luminosity is natural, and when applied lightly over a matte blush (or you can use this as a base and add a matte blush for a pop of color), it makes your skin look fantastic with a radiant finish that I absolutely love! This product is perfect for summer cool pale to light skin tones. I'd recommend it to those who find Ballerina Pop a bit too saturated or reddish. There's nothing bad to say! I use it over blush as a highlighter to make my skin look healthier. However, if you prefer highly pigmented blushes, this might not be for you. Even though I have fair skin, the color payoff is quite subtle. - yj********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedJun 18, 2024
Hey glow-getters! I've found the secret to that bouncy, dewy highlighter you've been dreaming of! I used to use the K*L*G*L one, but always worried about it caking. This one? No such issues! It gives you that luxurious, expensive-looking glow. The price point might be a bit steep for students, but if you catch it on sale or in a value set, it's definitely worth the splurge. I pair it with the D*O Twinkle Twinkle, and let me tell you, it doubles the pretty factor! - ma*********Dry SkinMar 5, 2024
It goes on sheer and transparent without feeling heavy. The ingredients are decent, and the glitter isn't overwhelming. The color payoff is very, very disappointing. No matter how many times I apply it, it doesn't give that pink look. When I swatched it at Ol**ve Young, it looked pretty, so I'm not sure what's going on... I feel like I might be testing it wrong. It works a bit better when I mix it with my existing MAC blush and apply them together. - s9******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 18, 2023
I tried this because it's recommended for light undertones. To be honest, those with light undertones don't have many color options. Especially unique shades are hard to come by, so this one's quite rare. The subtle glow looks luxurious, and there's minimal excess powder. The color payoff seems a bit weak. While it's understandable given the shade's characteristics, it felt somewhat disappointing to use. - ba******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 18, 2023
The color payoff is incredibly soft and delicate, with a light pink hue that cool-toned beauties will absolutely adore. It's such a pretty shade! While it applies quite lightly, which might make those with darker than #21 skin think it's not for them, I found it worked wonderfully on my #23 skin. It gives a subtle pinkish tint to the cheeks while brightening the center of the face, which I really liked. No matter what tool I used - brush or puff - it blended beautifully without any patchiness, giving a lovely watercolor effect. It applies evenly without any cakiness, just a slight soft-focus effect, regardless of the tool or technique. I think even makeup beginners could achieve a high-end, pretty blush look with this. The product quality is fantastic, and the staying power is impressive too. I checked in the mirror 8 hours after applying my makeup in the morning, and wow... the blush color was still holding up remarkably well. Glint, what are you waiting for? Please release more blush colors soon... Take my money! For cool-toned folks, it feels like the only easily wearable shade is the ballet core color. The pale lilac is too purple-heavy to be user-friendly. I wish they'd come out with more shades in the pink range.
