Panthenol, the epitome of moisture, is included. Panthenol is converted to vitamin B5 when absorbed into the skin, strengthening moisture and the skin barrier. It provides adequate moisture for dry skin, but is only recommended for oily skin on special occasions! The Sonamu Soothing Pack fits me well, so I repurchased it and also bought a box of the Yakgong Mask Pack that I had been eyeing. It's great for barrier care and moisturizing, and it's so hydrating that it's good for my dehydrated skin.
Cons
There's nothing really disappointing, but if I had to nitpick, the pack is quite moisturizing, so it might be a bit heavy for oily skin types.

Using the Sonamu Soothing Ampoule together with it allows me to care for both soothing and hydration at the same time, which I really like.
