Hmm... there's not really anything bad. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that I want to use it when blackheads or whiteheads are just starting to form. But since my skin is sensitive, I end up waiting until they're fully developed before tackling them all at once.

The sheet doesn't always soak up the product well, so I had to fold it and wet it myself. That was a bit annoying. It doesn't affect the effectiveness though, so it's not a big deal.

I had been struggling with blackheads, but this product really works wonders! It softens them up and removes them so effectively! The astringent at the end is fantastic too. I highly recommend it!
