While it's not as elastic as I expected, it spreads smoothly and leaves a fresh, non-sticky finish. What's most impressive is how well it absorbs! You can really feel your skin drinking it up, but it doesn't leave you greasy. Instead, it finishes with a hydrated feel. I have dry skin that tends to feel parched no matter what I apply, but even though this product doesn't feel particularly rich, using just this rice essence after my usual toner helped alleviate some of that deep dryness (!) It's an essence, but with a generous 150ml volume. Compared to typical 30ml dropper-type essences, this will last much longer, which somewhat justifies the price point. Excluding the cap, the glass bottle gives it a substantial weight. The Hanyul basic skincare line has a rather luxurious feel to its packaging. Overall, it has skin-friendly ingredients. I'd recommend this if you're looking for a product that addresses lack of hydration, absorbs quickly, and has a lightweight feel.
ConsIt's not fragrance-free, so when applying, you'll notice that typical (and quite strong) cosmetic scent.

It applies moisturizing without any stickiness, absorbs well, and leaves the skin feeling fresh after application. While the hydration might be a bit lacking on extremely dry winter days, it's generally good - neither too heavy nor too light. I found that applying an additional layer of moisturizer or nourishing cream works well. The pump packaging is convenient and hygienic, which is great!
ConsOn days when my skin is super sensitive, I feel a slight irritation. Personally, I'm not a fan of the scent. It reminds me of an artificial fragrance found in inexpensive men's toners. Being extremely sensitive to scents, I'm somewhat relieved that the smell dissipates after application. As for the brightening and anti-wrinkle effects, they're just so-so for now - I'll need to use it longer to see. I wish Hanyul would focus more on high-quality, substantial ingredients rather than fancy packaging and artificial fragrances.
