Pros
Try the red-sensitive skin product once. I received it as a survey participant and there's no obligation to leave a review, but I liked it so much that I left a review anyway. Lately, my skin barrier seems to have been compromised, and the redness has become severe, with my veins even showing through. I originally had combination skin, with an oily T-zone and dry U-zone, but the reddened areas felt dry and burning. I applied for the product that is specifically marketed for calming redness, and after using it once, the redness has significantly subsided and my face feels soothed. For extremely sensitive skin with a compromised skin barrier, this is the only cream I've found that provides such immediate effects, other than Avene Cicalfate. The centella and madecassoside are ingredients that have worked well for me before, and the calamine or hop extract are new to me, but one of those two seems to agree with my skin very well. Possibly the calamine, as it seems to help control oil and sebum, leaving my skin very moisturized without becoming greasy. This could be a good fit for those with combination skin who need sebum control, as well as for dry skin types. After using it for a few more days, in addition to calming the redness, I've noticed my skin becoming very plump and bouncy, especially in the dry U-zone area. The T-zone maintains a balanced, neutral state without excess oil. I've also perceived a slight brightening effect on my complexion. This was a chance discovery, but it seems to be a life-changing cream in terms of its soothing effects, comparable to the Avene Cicalfate.
Cons
There's nothing disappointing. If I had to find something, it would be that when I first opened the jar, I didn't feel much anticipation. However, I actually like the plain jar design...
