  This is my first time trying a nail and hair supplement. I think my hair texture has improved.

  Pros

  I bought this product because I have weak nails and hair. My nails used to break and chip easily, but after taking this, those issues have significantly decreased. I also felt like my hair was getting a bit of a nutritional boost.

  Cons

  I took it too quickly, and due to the nature of biotin, I experienced some blemishes.
