1. The dropper part doesn't seem to press down easily
- The dropper is a bit stiff, so to say. The ampoule doesn't get drawn up evenly, coming out unevenly, which is a bit disappointing.

2. Not sure about the exfoliating effects
- The product description said it has some exfoliating effects as well, but I personally didn't experience much of that. It seems best suited for its main function of providing hydration.
