Pros
The powder fall-out is really minimal, and the lasting power is also quite good. I think this palette will work really well for cool-toned individuals. The colors are well-coordinated, from the base to the accent and contour shades, so you can complete your eyebrows, eyeliner, and blush all with just this one palette.
Cons
For very fair, pale complexions, the shades might appear a bit muddy or intense. I tend to use the pinkish-white shade at the end of the palette the most.

The color payoff is really great! It also seems to have decent staying power. Since it's not overly focused on shimmer, it was easy to combine the colors nicely.
