The color stays consistent without shifting to pink later on, which is great. It's so affordable too, which is a huge plus. The shade isn't an overly bright red, making it an excellent color choice.
ConsIt transfers onto clothes, which is a major drawback. If you accidentally get it on a white shirt and wash it without noticing, the shirt will turn pink. The staying power is average.
TipYou can reapply it frequently without the previous layer showing through.

The lip color is a pink-based red. For a Spring Warm tone, it may be a bit too bold (likely due to the vivid color tone unique to Rilba). But if you gently rub it with your finger or a cotton swab, it becomes quite pretty. It has an elegant and deep feel, just like the name. + First of all, the price is affordable. I bought it when it was on sale at Olive Young, so it was around 8,000 won. I also liked the cute packaging that has a tint in it. True to its velvet tint formula, it applies with a slightly matte finish but doesn't feel overly drying. Since my lips are not very moisturized, I can't usually wear matte lipsticks, but this one has just the right amount of moisture. The color payoff is amazing. Just dab it on once and blend it out, and the color is fully saturated. It applies quite intensely, so you can really feel the depth(?) of the color. The longevity is just average. It doesn't last an extremely long time. But it's not the kind that wears off immediately either. If I don't eat, it lasts around five or six hours.
ConsThe... amount that comes out at once is a bit too much. So it's difficult to control the amount, and it can get too intense, be careful. It transfers a lot. Like, really transfers a lot. Seriously transfers a lot. Ugh.
TipThe full-coverage color is a bit overwhelming for me. After dabbing it on, gently blotting with a cotton swab to diffuse the color works well for me.
