I discovered this exceptional skin toner from Choga due to my dermatitis. What I loved most was its minimal ingredient list. It provided excellent deep hydration and had a soothing effect. While it's not your typical toner texture, I really appreciated how well it absorbed into my skin.

Here's a pro tip for combination dehydrated skin like mine: Don't use this product alone. Apply plenty of hydrating toner and serum first, let it absorb, then follow with Emu Skin. The oil in Emu Skin seems to lock in the moisture from the other products. Now that it's winter, I've also bought the Emu emulsion and apply it only to my U-zone.

The website suggested mixing 3 parts toner with 1 part emulsion for combination skin, but applying them separately worked better for me. I apply the toner directly to my face, and then pat the emulsion gently into my skin with my palms.

With my wedding just a month away, the sudden cold weather wreaked havoc on my skin. No product seemed to help with the tiny bumps and rough texture... It's not too runny, making it easy to apply. My face is usually very dry and oily, but this doesn't cause dryness and keeps oil at bay. It doesn't sting even when applied after shaving.

  A dermatologist once told me that for sensitive skin, it's crucial to minimize irritation by using fragrance-free products with a pH of 5.5 or lower and with few ingredients. When I checked the ingredients here, I found it was fragrance-free with only 11 ingredients. Moreover, all the ingredients were gentle, marked in light blue. I've never seen a cosmetic product with just 11 ingredients before. What surprised me even more was how moisturizing it was without causing any irritation. I also like that it's a white gel-type toner rather than a liquid.

  The burning sensation and redness are gradually improving now. I'm going to keep using Emuskin diligently to improve my skin's redness and regain my former 'superior genes' honey-like complexion that I used to have.

When used together with an emulsion, the hydration lasts even longer.

While the fragrance-free formula with fewer ingredients is great for those with sensitive skin, people who enjoy scented products should be aware that this has no fragrance at all!
