And even with the same Nivea brand, the spray X, roll-on X, you really must use the stick. After drying your armpits thoroughly, apply the stick and let it sit for about a minute before getting dressed - it will keep you feeling fresh. I used to be a sweaty mess, but with consistent use, it seems like my sweating has decreased, and the stick just glides on nicely.
