The cooling sensation is quite strong, which is generally fine, but since my eyes are a bit dry and sensitive, I do feel a slight stinging sensation (though it's just a tingling feeling, not an actual irritation that would make my eyes water). It has a similar cooling effect to a summer mint shampoo.

This is a recommended facial cleanser for normal to oily skin. It doesn't make the skin overly squeaky clean or dry, but it effectively removes excess sebum and leaves a clean, refreshed feeling. As someone with dry skin, I find that it cleanses well and leaves my skin feeling nicely refined. Any lack of moisture or oil can be easily replenished with my regular skincare routine.
