Sleep quality improvement, reduced muscle aches, and more. Magnesium is the fourth most abundant substance in the body and is essential for maintaining a healthy body! Maglabs is a liquid supplement that is easy to drink and has a pleasant grapefruit flavor, making it convenient to take! I was worried that the combination of magnesium and grapefruit would result in a fishy or sticky taste, but there is no such issue. And since I take it before bed, the 4% sugar content gives me peace of mind as someone sensitive to sugars.
Cons
There weren't any particularly disappointing aspects! Except for the price..😂 If I had to pick one, it would be that it would be even better if it had 0% sugar content....

It's convenient to eat outside since it's only in liquid form. The tablet + liquid form requires a bit more effort. I take it because it contains the vitamins and minerals I need for my daily life, and it tastes great - like orange juice!
Cons
There were absolutely no side effects or inconveniences. I took it daily without any issues.
