After taking two bottles, I personally feel like my skin has more of a glow than usual. I'm not sure about the whitening effects though. I watched a YouTube video suggesting that the film format is less effective than the marketing claims. This glutathione film has a refreshing vitamin flavor. I learned that oral absorption is beneficial, so I stick it to the roof of my mouth. I've been buying it in bulk and consuming it regularly. With consistent use, I noticed my overall complexion becoming brighter. It's not about becoming pale, but rather achieving a clearer and more radiant look. Regardless of effectiveness, if it tasted bad, you wouldn't keep eating it, right? This one is delightfully tangy and tasty, making it easy to reach for. Plus, it's thin and portable, so I always pack it for trips. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. The packaging peels off easily, and it adheres well to the roof of the mouth, which is great. Since this product needs to be slowly dissolved on the roof of your mouth, I eat it when I'm craving dessert. Even after it's fully dissolved, I find myself avoiding other sweets, wondering if there might still be a bit left. It's better than any diet snack or nutritional jelly as a dessert substitute. I'd been seeing a lot of glutathione ads on YouTube and was thinking about trying it... Then I came across many positive reviews for Yay Esther's product, so I decided to go with this one. Plus, it's from a brand well-known for their supplements. Quantity: It's a 30-day supply, enough for a month. You take it once a day. How to take it: Interestingly, it's not a pill but a film type. When you open the pack, there's a small yellow film inside. You're supposed to stick it to the roof of your mouth and wait for it to dissolve on its own. The method of taking it is quite unique! Apparently, this method is used to increase absorption. Taste: It has a lemon flavor. At first, I was so focused on getting used to the unusual way of taking it that I didn't really notice the taste. But once I got used to it, I could taste the lemon flavor. There's a very slight bitterness at the end, but overall, the refreshing lemon scent is dominant, so I didn't have any issues taking it. Effectiveness: As for the most important part, the effects... honestly, I didn't notice much of a difference. Maybe it's because I've only been taking it for a month, but after finishing one whole pack, I can't say my skin has noticeably brightened! While consistent use might show results... I don't plan on repurchasing. In my personal opinion, I think taking vitamin C might be more effective for skin tone than glutathione.

I haven't been taking it for long, only about a week. People around me say it's effective, but I haven't noticed any results yet. I've been taking various YS Esther products, and the glutathione film is actually fun to consume While consistent use does show results, the high price point is a bit disappointing
