There are not many downsides, but the courage is not really my style.

The foundation I bought based on a friend's recommendation is the first one I've tried that doesn't feel dry at all. It's moisturizing and long-lasting, and even though it's for combination skin, I didn't feel like it was overly oily.

My skin is dry, but it feels dehydrated... I'm not sure if there's an issue with my skin, but sometimes it feels itchy, like I've been bitten by mosquitoes.

The color is bright and pretty. It seems to apply well and has a radiant glow.

I originally love doing my makeup with a super thin and low-coverage foundation plus a pot-type concealer that has amazing coverage but no moisture. This foundation is perfect for that combination! The idea is to apply the foundation super thinly and then use The SAEM pot-type concealer to cover any areas that need more coverage - this will result in a flawless complexion.

The price seems a bit expensive :( I've had to use it sparingly.

The coverage
It applies too thinly, so the coverage feels a bit lacking compared to other foundations! But given the level of thinness & moisturization, expecting more coverage might be unreasonable😅 If you have good skin to begin with, this could be the perfect foundation for you.

🤍Skin Expression
Even though I have extremely dry skin, it expresses my skin as incredibly moisturized and healthy-looking, just like the skin I get from professional treatments. It applies very thinly, giving a light makeup feel and making my skin look naturally flawless.

There is absolutely no darkening. In fact, shade 130 matches my skin tone so perfectly that if I repurchase, I'd get shade 120, but the lack of darkening is completely acceptable. This is the first time I've seen a foundation with no darkening at all.

🤍Longevity
I thought the dewy and thin formula would mean poor longevity, but it's actually quite good! Though I think the winter weather helps, as it leaves a glowy, coated look on my face that lasts extremely well. The second photo is after about 12 hours without any touch-ups.

The powder doesn't have great staying power, and it flies off if I don't use it.

I have extremely dry skin.
First of all, it becomes moisturized and the skin expression is beautiful! I've tried a lot of foundations and cushions that are suitable for dry skin, but I've never found a product as moisturizing as this one!! 
The coverage is a bit weak, but I would still recommend it just for the fact that it doesn't feel tight, which is a concern for those with dry skin!!

Using a spatula, apply a thin layer to your face and then pat it on gently with a puff. This will give you a clean, glossy finish without building up too thickly. The amount that comes out with each pump is quite a lot, so you'll need to control the force. After applying a minimal thin layer, use a concealer to cover any areas that need it.

This may be the case for all foundation products, but if you apply multiple layers, the clear and lightweight feel will disappear. The product's advantage feels like it's fading away.

The 19-20 shade of the Hwaehae Dewy Base is for combination skin. To be honest, I don't really like the glowy skin expression, but I bought it because the lightweight formula makes the skin look good. I was debating between the 120 and 130 shades, and the store staff said the 130 shade has a more pink base, so it would look a bit brighter when applied on the skin. However, when I looked at them, the 120 shade seemed a bit lighter to me. It's a really dewy and glowy foundation. The formula is very runny and has great coverage. The store recommended using a brush, but it looks beautiful when applied with the fingers or a puff as well. As soon as you apply it, an essence-like glow radiates from the skin. It leaves a smooth, semi-matte finish, making the skin look in great condition. It doesn't apply too thickly, so the skin feels comfortable. The coverage is a bit lower than medium.

So far, I'm not quite sure, but it seems to flow well, like water.

This foundation itself feels quite oily, so it doesn't seem good for oily skin.

I recommend it for dry skin. It applies well and is great even if you just slap it on in the winter.

The delightful flavor comes from layering it thinly with a spatula.

It can be a bit challenging to expect full coverage! You'll need to use a concealer to cover up blemishes!

This is truly a crazy foundation
It's a foundation that really emits a crazy glow. When I first received and used it, I was flustered by how glowy it was..haha I used the 120 shade!
Even if you're a bit careless with skincare, it applies beautifully and looks pretty.

Gently patting your skin with a damp sponge will give you a glowing complexion!

The coverage is lacking.. I understand that since the name itself is "Skin Glow", it doesn't have much coverage. Other than that, there's nothing else.

When my skin is in good condition, I apply this product thinly and it makes my skin look incredibly moisturized and beautiful... Whenever I use this, people around me always ask what I'm using because my skin looks so good.

Spread it with your hands first, then pat it with a puff.
But you can also just apply it with your hands and it will still look nice.

+With the resurgence of COVID, the oil is no joke when wearing a mask.

The skin expression is beautiful! It says on the product detail page that the skin expression is like coming out of a hot spring, and I can kind of feel what that means lol.
I bought the Neutral 130 but the tone-up isn't that significant.
If you use 22, 130 will probably fit, and if you want it a bit brighter, you should use 120...
