Absorbing toners are difficult to control the amount, and if you're not careful, they can drip, but the bubbles cling nicely and evenly. One full pump dispenses a good amount, so it doesn't get absorbed right away and sits lightly on the skin, making it easy to control the application. It's not a famous brand, but the ingredients are decent, and there's no artificial fragrance - it's similar to the Avène Thermal Spring Water Mist, which I like.
