It's perfect for summer mutes. The color is really pretty, and I think the coverage is well-emphasized. I felt like there was almost no powder fallout. It applied well on the brush and was very convenient to use when applying. The formula feels soft and moisturizing(?) so I was satisfied when applying it!
Cons
There didn't seem to be any particular downsides. Since the muted tones are colors that are easy to apply, the only thing to keep in mind is that if you apply too much, the color of your cheeks may change quite a bit.

I'm trying the Rilbare Cheek for the first time, and it's definitely great. First of all, the packaging is so cute that I find myself reaching for it often. The fine texture and subtle, beautiful color payoff are also very nice.
Cons
The Lavender Blur shade doesn't seem to show up very well on my skin, which is around shade 23. I think it would look really pretty on fairer skin tones.
