Pros

I bought a 1kg pack to share with my family. Since I purchased it when the price was low, it was great value for money and the large quantity wasn't overwhelming. It's less salty than misugaru (roasted grain powder) and has a subtle grain flavor. When eaten as a meal replacement or mixed with milk, it's quite filling and helps reduce rice portions. While I didn't use it primarily for weight management, it was great as a snack alternative and helped prevent chapped lips.

Cons

The container is extremely large, but it's only about 60% full, which makes it feel a bit like overpackaging. (The photo shows a flavored product, but I've attached my order details for the plain version.)
