This is a more hydrating type than regular toners. Think of it as having a more elastic, bouncy feel. My mother uses it regularly! I'm the type whose lips react badly to Chanel and YSL lip products - they cause my lips to peel. Even the Nuxe natural honey lip balm causes a reaction. For now, Bepanthen lip balm works best for me. Bepanthen is definitely a must-have item! For hair care, I prefer products that leave my hair feeling clean and fresh rather than those with a moisturizing after-feel. I tend to favor hair essences over rinses or conditioners.
