After - I'm not sure if it's thanks to the biotin, but I have fewer breakouts on my skin. ✔️ Nails: Before - My nails were naturally thin, often breaking and peeling. That's why I started using this product, as it claimed to help with nails. Also, my new gel nail hobby made them even thinner and more damaged. After - I still do gel nails often, so it's hard to tell the effect. Nails need more than just oral supplements. ✔️ Hair: Before - I don't dye my hair, but I get perms. I'm usually too lazy to use conditioner. I also have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp. After - I think I still have seborrheic dermatitis. - Taste: I absolutely hate powdered medicine. Of course, I mix powdered medicine with water, but I was worried about chewing these. Surprisingly, the taste is quite good. It's delicious. - Convenience: Each dose is individually packaged, making it easy to carry around and take on the go. To be honest, I'm not sure about the effectiveness. To be honest, I've only been taking it for 3 days, so I'm not sure about its effectiveness yet, but I'm consuming it with hope. Let's work on skin regeneration together, especially those of you whose skin has been acting up this fall! It would probably be better to take this long-term, but the price is a bit of a drawback. The taste is good though. I've heard that collagen becomes more active in the evening, so I take it at 9 PM. I recommend taking it in the evening.
