For me... it was really painful, stinging, and itchy. My skin became red and irritated. I think the ingredients just don't agree with my skin.

First off, I haven't had my skin professionally analyzed at a dermatologist's office.

At Olive Young, their skin diagnosis suggested I have dry skin. Personally, I feel a bit of tightness after using foam cleansers. Plus, my T-zone, especially my nose, tends to get oily, and my whole face can look shiny. The Dr. Rx skin diagnosis classified me as oily and combination skin. I personally think I have combination dehydrated skin.

So, if you have similar skin concerns, please keep this in mind!

I actually stopped using this product, so I can't speak to its long-term effectiveness. However, my friend who doesn't have oily or combination dehydrated skin absolutely raves about it!

There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to pick something,
maybe the adherence? But that's just the nature of embossed pads like these -
they naturally won't stick as closely as smooth pads.

The pads are generously sized, so one is enough to cover your cheeks nicely.
They're a bit thick, so they don't adhere super tightly to the skin - you won't feel like they're completely stuck on. But they stay put well enough for everyday activities!
Even though I have super sensitive skin, the Goodal pads didn't cause any irritation!!!

The clip fastener is weak, causing it to fall off daily. This product made me somewhat wary of using Vitamin C. Immediately after use, 2-3 red blemishes appeared the next day (mainly on thin skin areas like around eyes and mouth). When I stopped using it and switched to a different product, the blemishes subsided within 2-3 days. At first, I thought it might be due to my skin condition and tried a few times, but the symptoms were the same. It wouldn't matter if it was just me, but a friend who bought it with me also discontinued use due to identical symptoms. We experienced exactly the same reaction.

Light and refreshing formula without any stickiness. The subtle lemon scent is pleasant and not overpowering.
