Lately, everything seems to be one-touch format, but this one has to be twisted to use. There's no tweezers either... Well, that doesn't matter.
First, when I peeled it, there was a crunching sound, and I found that there was no liquid inside.
The pad is so thick that it seems like all the essence has been absorbed, and there's nothing left underneath.
The thing I dislike the most is the thick pad... For the same reason, I don't like other brands' pads either, but this product seems even thicker.
When I apply it, it feels like I'm covering myself with a blanket, not just applying a pad.
However, the pad itself is not that moisturizing either, so I'm not sure if I'm actually applying the pad or just sharing my skin's moisture.
When I picked up a sheet with the tweezers, it was so thick that I thought it was two sheets, but when I split it in half, the cotton stretched and tore, so I just applied it as is. It didn't fold at all... When I applied it to my cheek, it blocked my vision.
Picking it up with the tweezers makes it tear into pieces, and I can't even tell which part is a single sheet.
In summary, it's so thick that it doesn't feel like I'm applying a pad, but rather like I'm covering myself with a blanket. It's thick, but not particularly moisturizing, and the pad itself is made up of multiple layers that don't separate well.
I got so frustrated while using it that I just squeezed it and applied it directly. Since there were so many inconveniences from the first use, I probably won't use the remaining ones.

I purchased the pads as well, having used the serum from the same line well.

I've used the Hwahae Trial Reviewers pads before, but I didn't think they were that great, so I stopped using pads for a while. But this time I bought them during a duty-free sale. They're so thick that I can split them in half, and when I put them on my head while drying my hair, they help absorb the excess moisture!

The quality of the pad itself is amazing! Especially recommended for dry and flaky skin.

In the beginning when the pads were very saturated, it was difficult to peel them off one by one neatly. (Once I had used about half the container and they were at the right saturation level, this was no longer an issue.) I also found them a bit prone to pilling and tearing, which was a bit inconvenient.

The Avene Revitalizing Cream Serum line is something I really enjoy using, and I was also gifted the pads which I've been using well. They're not irritating, don't feel sticky or heavy, and just provide a refreshing hydration to the skin, so I can use them comfortably even in the summer. The pads can be a bit tricky as they can be irritating, but the Avene pads are the softest and least irritating cotton pads I've tried. The pads have a nice thickness to them, and they're divided into two or three layers, so you can apply them in thinner layers or use the thicker, more moisturizing two-layer version depending on your preference. The container is large enough that you can easily reach in and grab the pads without needing a separate dispenser (which I tend not to use anyway since they often make the pads feel cramped). Overall, these are gentle, soft, and refreshing pads!
