But after reading online that 'not all products with shea butter are occlusive, it depends on the concentration,' I decided to give this product a try. Despite the slight disappointment of added fragrance, the other ingredients looked promising, so I went for it. From day one, I applied a tiny amount on my cheeks, and the next day, my skin was fine. I've been gradually expanding the application area, and after 4 days, I still haven't experienced any blemishes. What surprised me most was the reduction in whiteheads. Previously, after applying moisturizer, aloe emulsion, and sunscreen, then cleansing at the end of the day, I'd always have stubborn whiteheads on my nose. But now, using this moisturizer and cream combo, they've significantly decreased. Even the cleansing oil I'm testing with The Hwahae Testers removes them easily. Plus, areas where I usually get milia are clearing up. For the first time, I feel like my oil and moisture balance is right. I tried this 300ml bottle on sale from a certain site, and I love it. I'm planning to buy another before the sale ends. Oh, and I usually dislike products that make my philtrum feel hot, but this one doesn't do that at all!
ConsThe scent is artificial due to the added fragrance. It has that typical citrus smell you often find in baby products.
TipIn summer, it might feel too rich, so you could mix a small amount with your moisturizer after applying it, or apply a thin layer over your emulsion, avoiding the T-zone.

It absorbs well without feeling sticky, and the fragrance is lovely too.
ConsThe tube packaging makes it difficult to use when there's only a little product left.

This product prevents blemishes and provides excellent hydration, which is why I buy it every winter.
ConsWhile there's one potentially harmful ingredient - the fragrance - that concerns me for children's use, I do appreciate the subtle scent when applied.
Tip.

At that time, I was still searching for the perfect Baby Animal Emulsion, and this product was truly a godsend! Both my sons have sturdy skin like mine, but children's skin is still delicate. I was worried about combating winter dryness, but this product completely eliminated those concerns! It's rich in moisture, so it might not suit oily skin types, but it creates a protective layer on children's sensitive skin. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling, making it easy to dress the kids without any fuss. My children aren't sensitive to fragrances, and the gentle, chia seed-like scent is actually refreshing. We've been using it for 6 months without any blemishes, and we're very satisfied. The quantity is generous - in 6 months of use by two children and myself, we've only gone through 4 bottles. I even have a very active Border Collie, and when its paw pads get dry, cracked, or calloused, I apply this emulsion instead of expensive pet-specific products, and it works wonders for hydration!
ConsI wish it had a safety cap... Sometimes my child plays with the emulsion, and even though it's relatively inexpensive, it still feels wasteful.

It's quite rich in oils. Although it's a baby product, I'm not using it on a baby but as a winter body emulsion for myself. It's so thick and creamy, it's closer to a cream than an emulsion.
ConsThe scent is stronger than I expected, so I don't want to apply it to a baby. It was part of a gift set, so I'm using it myself out of necessity.

I used it on my 6-month-old baby during the dead of winter, and while it has the texture of an emulsion, its moisturizing power rivals that of a cream. Before this, we tried Mustela, Physiogel, Burt's Bees, Bies, and CeraVe. I initially thought I'd save this for next summer due to its 'emulsion' name, assuming it would be light. But when we ran out of other options, I opened it, and it turned out to be perfect for winter. The dry, chicken skin-like texture on my baby's knees and thighs gradually improved, completely disappearing after about a week of use.
ConsApart from the added fragrance, I can't think of any downsides. It's challenging to reach 20 characters here!
TipDon't forget to layer it for best results!
