  Pros

  I like that the product itself has a cooling effect and feels more hydrating than oily. While it can clump a bit when applying, that's somewhat unavoidable with a stick format. The clumps aren't large or frequent, so it's not really a problem.

  Cons

  I received a product that expires this September. I bought two, but shouldn't they be selling products that last at least a year?! It's mid-March now, so I have to use two in just six months... The manufacturing date was 2023, so it's already two years old, and the expiration date of September 2025 is disappointingly short. I'm quite unsatisfied with this.

  The cooling effect and hydration are immediately noticeable upon application, giving a refreshing sensation. It has a subtle herbal scent. I use it lightly on my face for touch-ups, but primarily on my body. It's convenient to carry around and apply to arms and legs, especially elbows. I've also used it on my hands when they're dry, and it absorbs well without feeling sticky.

  There's not really anything to complain about... except that the lid is quite firmly secured, so you need to use a bit of force to open it.

  I bought this product without high expectations, but I've been pleasantly surprised and quite satisfied with it. It seems to have an instant cooling effect when applied, so I find myself reaching for it often!

  This is my first time using a product in this balm format, and I absolutely love how convenient it is! As someone with dry skin who doesn't typically get along with oily products, I was a bit worried. However, when applied, there's only a slight stickiness, without excessive greasiness. It feels like it's replenishing my skin with hydration. There's a subtle cooling effect when it touches the skin, which is nice.
