The product itself has a cooling sensation and seems to have more moisture than oil, which I like. When applied, it does clump up a bit, but this is unavoidable since it's a stick, and the clumps are not large or frequent, so it's not a major issue.
Cons
I received a product with an expiration date of September of this year. I bought it, but I think they should sell products that can last at least 1 year, don't you agree?! It's currently mid-March, so I'll have to use this product for 6 months.. The manufacturing year is 2023, so it's already 2 years old, and the expiration date of September 2025 is too short, so I'm not satisfied.

Pros
As soon as I apply it, I can feel the cooling and moisturizing effects, so it feels refreshing. The scent is a mild herbal fragrance. I mainly use it to touch up my makeup, applying it lightly to my face. I use it mostly on my body. It's convenient to carry around and apply to my arms and legs, especially my elbows. I've also used it on my hands when they were dry, and it didn't feel sticky at all, which was nice.
Cons
There's not really any major downside, but the lid is quite firmly secured, so you need to put in a bit of effort to open it.

It's very bouncy and removes dryness, so I apply it frequently or layer it on top when I need cooling and moisture hydration. Haha.

*Due to recent stress, the redness has worsened in my combination skin with dehydration *As the formula is not oily, I could apply it repeatedly without any trouble *I felt a cooling sensation, which was tremendously helpful for the redness
