It definitely has more hydration than the He**** Houttuynia Cordata Ampoule I used before! It leaves a moisturized glow as if you've applied oil, but without the heavy feeling of oil (naturally, since it doesn't contain oil ingredients). The next day after application, I noticed a general improvement in my complexion, with a reduction in redness and blemishes. Hmm, every time I apply it, I get these tiny bumps or what seems like folliculitis creeping up. I can't figure out which ingredient is causing this! I bought it because nothing in the ingredient list seemed problematic, but maybe one of the various herbal ingredients or excessive Centella is not agreeing with my skin. As for the price-to-volume ratio - it's somewhat reasonable if you buy it through group purchases.
