  Pros

  This is a must-have for me. The aromatherapy effect is amazing. I apply it generously on my neck and shoulders whenever they feel stiff. The fragrance is absolutely delightful.

  Cons

  While it works great with a roller, the product tends to pour out too quickly when dispensing. More often than not, I end up with more on my hands than where I actually need it.

  Tip

  I recommend transferring it to a roller bottle for easier application.

  I stumbled upon this product by chance and found it incredibly effective for muscle aches and colds. As a Pilates enthusiast, I often experience muscle soreness, and other oils hadn't worked for me. But when I discovered the 31 oil, not only did it work wonders, but the fragrance was absolutely divine!

  The price is quite steep. While they claim it's a blend of aromatic oils, the cost feels excessive compared to the quantity you get.

  Tip

  I've found it particularly effective against colds when mixed with thyme cream.

  This oil is so versatile, you can blend it with anything! Its uses are endless. A couple of drops tapped onto a face mask can help clear stuffy sinuses, while a drop or two massaged into your temples eases headaches. It's especially amazing for tight shoulders - mix it with White Ginseng, Thyme, and Juniper Berry creams, apply before bed, and wake up to completely relaxed muscles!

  The herbal scent might remind some people of medicinal ointments... which could be a bit off-putting.
