I have combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes. 1. Texture It's lighter than I expected. I thought a collagen cream would be thick and heavy, but it's not too rich even for oily skin, making it perfect for this season. However, it's not extremely lightweight, so I apply just a thin layer. 2. Hydration & Firmness It feels very hydrating. My skin texture seems to improve - when I apply it at night and wash my face in the morning, my skin feels incredibly smooth. The collagen seems to make my skin feel firmer too. 3. No Breakouts While it's not completely oil-free, I was worried it might cause breakouts. Fortunately, it suits my skin well and hasn't caused any blemishes. 1. Pore Tightening I'm not sure about its pore tightening effects. My pores aren't particularly large to begin with, and I believe skincare alone can't produce dramatic results in a short time. As someone who's been consistently applying it to address pore concerns, I haven't seen any positive effects in this area. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 3, 2023
Texture: Light and fluid like an emulsion, with a subtle bouncy feel that stretches when touched. Finish: Absorbs quickly, feels lightweight without any stickiness or heaviness. Scent: Completely fragrance-free. Packaging: The container is very sturdy and hygienic, which I'm extremely satisfied with. - Seems gentle as it didn't cause any blemishes, and provides adequate hydration for comfortable everyday use. - Its light consistency makes it perfect for summer nights before bed. - The collagen effects aren't particularly noticeable. - It's both a pro and a con, but I didn't feel any significant changes in my skin. - Perhaps because I'm not at an age where collagen is crucial, I didn't really notice any improvements in skin firmness. - Due to its light texture, those with dry skin might find it lacking in moisture. The smooth finish makes it ideal for gua sha or a quick massage. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 27, 2023
My T-zone is oily but I have generally dry combination skin. Lately, I've been following a skincare routine of <toner-brightening ampoule-moisturizer>. First off, the ingredients seem gentle as I didn't experience any blemishes. I was worried this collagen cream might not absorb well or cause pilling, but it actually has a great texture, isn't greasy, and absorbs into the skin nicely! It's not just good for nighttime use; I found it works well in the morning before makeup too. For me, this cream provides just the right amount of hydration for fall and winter, though those with very dry skin might find it slightly less moisturizing. It's adequately hydrating and claims to improve pore elasticity, so with consistent use, I think it could really benefit the skin! While there weren't any particular downsides, I feel I'd need to use it for a longer period to truly assess its effectiveness on pore tightening and skin elasticity.
