It's delicious! It tastes like a yummy, nutty misutgaru (roasted grain powder drink). While it's not super sweet since it doesn't contain added sugar or sweeteners, it has a really pleasant, roasted flavor. I enjoy it after meals when I've indulged in something that makes me feel a bit guilty. I'm taking it along with Coleology, so I'm not sure if it's just this product, but my digestion has been working amazingly well. I liked that the potency was higher than the grain enzyme I used to take. I switched from the same brand's pineapple enzyme, but it seems the distinctive enzyme taste is unavoidable. Still, it's a bit better than the pineapple flavor. If you're curious about grain-flavored enzymes... While it wasn't to my taste, my friends said it was alright.
