La Roche-Posay has a lot of word-of-mouth and is a French product, so I had high expectations. I was able to try the eye serum as a gift with purchase of their very famous product, and it was really a pleasant surprise. As someone who always suffers from conjunctivitis, this eye serum rolls on so smoothly without any irritation, and it's much more moisturizing than creams that don't absorb well. I definitely plan to purchase the full-size product to use.

It's so comfortable and moisturizing. The moisture is really, really great.

When I have some serum left over from applying it around my eyes, I like to spread it over the rest of my face. This helps prevent any tightness or dryness without needing to apply additional moisturizer.

The rolling ball applicator at the tip is both a pro and a con - it's convenient, but also makes me a bit concerned about hygiene since it's directly touching my skin.
And the product volume is quite small.

During the fall and winter seasons, my under-eye area would become dry, causing my makeup to look uneven or not apply well, and my under-eyes would appear dull.
So I would always apply an eye cream before bed, but then I would end up with eye gunk and a slightly stuffy feeling, so I would stop using the eye cream.

I looked around and found that La Roche-Posay has an eye serum, and while there weren't many reviews, I was curious and decided to try it.
The product description said it has eye area hydration and brightening benefits, and since it's a serum, it has a rolling ball applicator at the tip, so I could roll it around my eye area. This made my eye area feel moisturized and nice!

I've been applying it faithfully every evening, and then following up with a moisturizer, and the next day my makeup applies better and my under-eyes look brighter (although I didn't have super high expectations).

I've been applying the serum all over my face, not just the eye area, and I think it works well for the whole face, not just the eyes!
