So far, I haven't found any downsides. It's a solid, reliable product!

This tint stains naturally, so I've been using it frequently lately. It sets quickly, so I noticed that applying multiple layers can make it look quite red. I chose it because I have a warm autumn complexion, and when applied without concealing my natural lip color, it gives a lovely reddish hue. I also love the glow! It's shimmery without being too sticky, making it a very satisfying tint.

There's not much to complain about, but I did feel like the staying power isn't particularly long-lasting. However, the tip shape and the fact that I always want to reapply make up for it!

For best results, don't apply it all at once. Start from the inner part of your lips and build up layers. This method creates a much prettier application and gives you that natural Inner Glow.

The staying power was a bit disappointing. If I apply it around 8 AM, it's almost completely gone by 10 AM. Apart from the longevity, everything else about it was fine!

First off... the application is incredibly smooth, and I absolutely adore the unique Mellow Fig color - that deep pink mixed with red. It's so versatile that I often use it to create a natural lip color by slightly toning down the glow effect, rather than focusing on a full-on glossy look. But when I do go for that full glow, it looks stunning too. It's not an oily shine, but more of a natural, beautiful glow. I think even beginners could easily achieve a great look with this. I've been using this tint religiously since March and I'm in love with it!

Since it's darker than you might expect, try applying it with a puff after neutralizing your natural lip color, or layer it over a lighter base color for a brighter effect.
