There are some nice deep colors that work well as eyeliners, which I like.
ConsThere are 3 glitters in it, but I wish they had included at least one shimmery shade for highlighting the inner corners and cheekbones - that would have made it perfect.

I'm estimated to be around 21-19 skin tone with double eyelids. Personally, while the color payoff of the Daisy and Rom&nd palettes was nice, the texture and adherence weren't quite to my liking (felt a bit powdery). But the Pia palette has a smooth, velvety texture with good adherence, which I'm very satisfied with. The fallout is also less than the two brands mentioned earlier, so I'm quite content with that. Except for the darkest warm-toned color, the adherence and blendability of the other shades felt nicely stable. There were quite a few dark, muted shades that didn't suit my estimated cool-toned complexion, but I was able to create wearable daily eyeshadow looks by using the blanc shade as a base, mixing blush+toasty shades for definition, and lightly layering velvet+suede for the crease. As a double-lidded person, I always need to add definition, and this palette works well for my cool-toned, bright complexion. The warmer brown shades also work nicely for lining the eyes, which I prefer to do with eyeshadow. The palette was released alongside the ballet-core trend, so the color scheme and concept have a very soft, delicate feel. But the shades have enough depth and contrast that it doesn't just end up being a palette of base shades. I'm quite satisfied that it maintains the concept while still being versatile. The embossed design on the palette is beautiful, and I enjoy seeing it every time I open the palette. The size is similar to the Rom&nd 10-pan palette, but the Pia palette feels more sturdy, though the opening and closing isn't as smooth.
ConsThe pearl shades have a shimmery, glittery effect when applied with the fingers, but all three have a similar glittery finish. I wish there were some more shimmery, brighter pink-toned highlighter-like shades included. It's also a bit disappointing that the cool-toned palette still includes a gold-toned pearl, when I would have preferred more cool-toned pearl shades. The Tul shade has a blueish-pink pearl that suits the cool-tone concept well, but the Sarang Pleat shade is a bit warmer and doesn't stand out much in actual application. While I understand that the darker eyeshadow shades may not have the best texture, it's still a bit disappointing.
TipI would recommend this palette to those looking for a daily cool-toned eyeshadow palette, especially if you have a bright, fair complexion like me (estimated to be around 21-19 skin tone with double eyelids). The color selection and texture work well for creating wearable, defined eyeshadow looks.
