Pros
As someone who occasionally gets blemishes from rich formulas, I'm amazed this doesn't cause any issues at all. I wish I'd discovered this in my late 20s instead of my late 30s - what a find! And you can get it at Daiso for just $5.
Cons
The formula is quite rich, so in the morning I only apply a tiny amount around my eyes.
Tip
I keep applying it inside my nose to combat dryness.

Pros
It has a balm-like texture, similar to Vaseline or ointment. There's a pleasant, subtle herbal scent that's quite refreshing. When applied to the skin, it melts with your body heat, giving an oil-like sensation. Due to its rich feel and the presence of Vaseline-like ingredients, I was concerned about potential blemishes. So instead of using it as an all-over face cream, I use a spatula to apply it sparingly, like a spot treatment, only on areas that need it. It's a great product for reviving your skin on bad skin days!
Cons
The jar packaging makes me a bit concerned about hygiene. Being an ointment-like texture, it's tricky to control the amount each time you use it. On days when I accidentally apply too much, my skin becomes extremely oily and shiny.
Tip
Rather than scooping it out with your fingers, using a spatula is more hygienic and makes it easier to control the amount you're using.

Pros
I often get dry, cracked skin around my nails, but this product quickly soothed it. I really liked that. It feels similar to Vaseline, but I prefer this because it's less sticky.
Cons
It has a distinct scent that those with super sensitive skin might not appreciate. The formula is quite firm, so you'll need a spatula if you want to apply it over a large area comfortably. In my opinion, this isn't really meant for facial use. When I applied it to my face, it felt too greasy and caused a tingling sensation! I found it most effective when used on elbows, hands, heels, and other areas excluding the face.

✓ Daiso's viral product... I regret only buying one. Impossible to find now when I try to look for it. ✓ It's really thick and feels more rich than hydrating. Those with oily skin should be a bit cautious. ✓ The ingredients aren't bad, as even I could use it with my compromised skin barrier.
Cons
✗ It's a bit heavy to apply on its own due to its thick consistency. ✗ After application, my T-zone gets oily.
Tip
Pro tip: It works great when mixed with the popular Torriden Balance Full Cream. As others have mentioned, mixing it with your regular moisturizer works well! Even a small amount mixed in does the trick.

I find Kim Jung Moon Aloe Cure Cream really helpful for hydration. It's great for moisturizing adult atopic skin without causing irritation.
Cons
The shine is unavoidable - you have to accept both the hydration and the glossy finish.

It's specialized in exfoliating dead skin cells, I'd say. When applied to dry skin, it feels incredibly hydrating
Cons
It might be too rich to use on the face. That's about the only drawback I can think of

This balm-type cream reminds me of what my mom used to apply on me when I was little. The texture is really thick and rich. It's great for mosquito bites, chapped lips, or when you feel a pimple coming on. The hydration power is truly impressive, so I'd highly recommend it for those with dry skin.
Cons
The moisturizing effect is so intense that it can feel excessively rich on the skin. That's the only slight drawback I found.

It's gentle enough to use on kids too. Works hard for sensitive skin.
