  Pros

  I was most satisfied with this product from Dr. Oracle's retinol line. Unlike the ampoules or creams that often caused small blemishes and slight redness, possibly due to pore-clogging ingredients, this one is truly gentle and didn't cause any breakouts. I usually dislike retinol products because they cause deep dryness, but this cream toner actually helps with that issue. It's deeply moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling firm.

  Cons

  The price is jaw-dropping... While the ampoules and creams often go on sale, this one rarely does, which is a shame. Also, it just has a regular circular dispenser. How much better would it have been with a pump? It's inconvenient without one.

  Tip

  Since it's a cream toner, it's great for layering. I apply about three layers of this toner, followed by a regular moisturizer. In the morning, my skin looks bright and glowing, as if I've just done a rice water cleanse.

  I discovered Dr. Oracle through Hwahae, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how effective their products are. I'm a fan of their Retightening Ampoule and Cream from this line, so I was excited when they released a cream toner. After trying it, I'm happy to report it's not one of those watery toners that leaves you wondering if you've applied anything at all. True to its name, it's a cream toner with great hydrating power, which I really appreciate.

  Cons

  I wouldn't recommend this as a summer toner for those with oily skin, or for anyone who doesn't enjoy cream toners, as it might feel heavier than expected.
