The base line color was just perfect - using this liner before applying lipstick made my lips look a bit fuller. It was especially useful for enhancing the philtrum and upper lip, as well as the lower lip. Hwahae
Cons
If I had to pick one, I'd say the lack of a suitable sharpener or the skill to sharpen well with a knife would mean it's best to purchase a sharpener along with it.
Tip
It seems important to continually practice holding the pencil at the right angle and applying the right amount of pressure when drawing and removing it. And gently sweeping the brush back and forth to blend afterwards can really make a difference - it helps create a more natural, seamless look which is quite useful.
