My skin felt moisturized and Hwahae did not feel heavy. Even though I have dry skin and usually prefer an oily feel, this product only felt that way when I applied it. After application, it absorbed with a coated, slightly tacky sensation, but it did not feel tight.
Cons

Also, they say the ideal base for makeup is when you lightly tap your skin and it bounces back. With just the toner and this Innisfree collagen cream, my skin reaches that state - that bouncy, plump texture! My mom has oily skin, and I had her try it too. While she didn't have severe dryness like I do, she still reported that her skin felt more supple the next day. So those with oily skin can consider this as well.
