Unlike other Sisley products, this one has almost no scent. I appreciate this for skincare basics since I prefer fragrance-free products. The rich texture seems ideal for dry skin. The thick consistency makes it difficult to apply, and it feels more like it's sitting on top of the skin rather than absorbing well. Looking at the ingredients, I see it contains a lot of butters. The high shea butter content might not suit oily or acne-prone skin. It seems tailored for extremely dry, aging, dehydrated skin, so it might be most effective for those in their late 50s and beyond. I probably won't repurchase this.
