Application: When applied to the back of the hand, it goes on smoothly in a thin layer. Effectiveness: While it's marketed as a brightening serum, I didn't particularly notice any skin-brightening effects. However, it significantly reduced skin texture issues, so I'd recommend it to those concerned about uneven skin texture!
ConsBlemishes: I'm the type whose skin breaks out immediately if a serum feels too oily. After applying this product, there was a slight stickiness and oiliness. If I didn't control the amount carefully, I'd always wake up with blemishes the next day. (However, it was fine when I applied a thin layer after testing the amount on the back of my hand.)
TipOverall assessment: I'd recommend this to those who can tolerate a bit of stickiness and are concerned about facial skin texture issues. Additionally, if you have oily skin that's prone to breakouts, consider carefully and make sure to apply a very thin layer with controlled amounts.

ConsIt's a bit rich, so those with oily skin might need to be careful with how much they apply.

Please note this review is based on the sample, not the full-size product! I was very satisfied with their brightening pads, so I decided to try the serum sample two days later. At first, I failed to control the amount and applied too much all over my face, resulting in an extremely rich, greasy feeling that didn't absorb well. My initial impression wasn't great... I ended up wiping some off my cheeks before bed. The next morning, my face still felt oily... Then it finally dawned on me - why did I apply this targeted treatment all over my face? Now I only apply it to specific areas of concern. When I use a small amount on my cheekbones (where I have dark spots), dry areas on my cheeks (where makeup tends to flake), and the pores around my nose, I don't experience the initial discomfort. After using the serum for about 5 days, I find it provides decent oil and moisture balance (though it's a bit too rich). However, I'm not sure yet if it has a significant effect on blemishes or pore size. I'll need to keep using it consistently to see results. In conclusion, the product's strength for me is that it's decent and not bad 'when applied in small amounts to problem areas'. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Just to clarify, 'decent' also means I wouldn't repurchase it... I'd like to try it when my psoriasis flares up badly... When it was really severe, I had flaky patches mainly on my eyebrows and T-zone, despite careful skincare... It's summer now and my immune system seems better, so my psoriasis has improved a lot. It's a shame I can't test it for that purpose... If it flares up again, I'll try it and update my review! (And if I've used up the sample by then, I might consider repurchasing)
ConsIt's extremely oily with a very rich texture. Even though my U-zone is slightly dry, I applied too much during my first use and felt very uncomfortable. After that, I focused on applying it only to problem areas, which eliminated the discomfort... However, while I've been consistently satisfied with the Noni Ampoule and Brightening Pads I bought together for a week, I haven't noticed significant effects from this serum on blemishes or pore size, which are its main selling points. So, I currently don't plan to repurchase it. Still, since the Noni Ampoule and Brightening Serum have different effects, I'll use up the sample and reconsider. I didn't want to criticize the packaging since it's a sample, but... The sample comes in a tube - don't store it lying down or with the cap facing down. If you do, the serum will squirt out when you open the cap. Keep the cap facing up to prevent this. Compared to other spot serums I have in tubes, the opening is quite large. This might be why it was difficult to control the amount...
TipBecause it's very rich, I recommend that those with oily, combination, or combination dehydrated skin apply it carefully and in small amounts only to problem areas. It might be a great product for those with dry or very dry skin.

It's really gentle on sensitive skin. I love that it's fragrance-free, so there's no allergic reaction when using it. The volume is surprisingly generous - you get a lot of product!
ConsSome might miss having a fragrance. Those with oily skin may need to adjust the amount they use due to its rich texture. The glass packaging requires careful handling. As someone with oily skin, I find it a bit heavy for morning use due to its richness.
