Considering the volume and price point, it seems like a decent option. A notable feature is that it can be used as an exfoliating toner. Unfortunately, it didn't agree with my skin, so I couldn't continue using it. Even after just one application, my skin immediately turned red and felt tingly, preventing me from using it further. For reference, I have dry skin. I was selected as one of The Hwahae Testers and really wanted to use this product thoroughly before leaving a review. However, the tingling sensation on my skin was too intense, so I couldn't continue using it. As for the texture, it has a clear appearance similar to regular toners or those from well-known brands.

I used it both as a toner and as a mask by soaking cotton pads. The texture is light, but it provides plenty of hydration! There's nothing particularly disappointing, but its simplicity is both a pro and a con. There are quite a few toners with this feel, so I don't feel compelled to specifically buy and use this one.

Here's what I liked: Hydration: You can really feel it quenching your skin's thirst. Despite being super lightweight, it keeps your skin moisturized without feeling heavy. The light texture absorbs quickly, giving you that instant hydration boost! Texture: It's not sticky or essence-like at all - more like pure water. Perfect for oily or combination dehydrated skin types! The lightweight formula doesn't sit on top of your skin, allowing subsequent products to absorb even better. Scent: It's practically unscented. If you really focus, you might catch a faint cosmetic smell, but it's so subtle that even those sensitive to fragrances shouldn't worry. Overall: As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found it slightly lacking in moisture for the dry season. Applying two layers worked better for me, giving that extra hydration without any stickiness. It would be absolutely perfect for summer use! I think oily skin types will love the hydration level. For dry skin, I'd recommend this if you dislike heavy, sticky products. As mentioned earlier, the hydration level might be a bit light for some. However, it's likely to be just right for oily skin types or for use during summer months! I'd recommend this as an exfoliating toner! When used to prep the skin before makeup, it helped my other skincare products absorb better and made my makeup look more flawless. The formula is like flowing water and it's fragrance-free, which is great. When I used it as a mask by soaking thin cotton pads, it felt cooling and deeply hydrating. Here are the standout features: 1. It's incredibly gentle! No blemishes whatsoever! 2. Fragrance-free and odorless 3. Its watery consistency makes it perfect as an exfoliating toner 4. It absorbs well, leaving the skin naturally hydrated 5. Even though it's winter and my skin is very dry, the hydration doesn't evaporate quickly If you're in need of a toner, I think this might become your go-to product! I honestly can't think of any downsides! The quantity is generous too - it should last about two months. I'd be thrilled if they came out with a mist version of this product! Even after applying it three times, there was no stickiness - only moisture remained on my face, which I loved. In winter, when we focus on moisturizing and hydrating, stickiness often follows inevitably. The texture is perfect for patting and doing a skin pack. While it might not be sufficient as a standalone toner, it's a reliable basic toner that fulfills its duty of providing hydration. I wish it was available as a mist. I've actually transferred half of it into a mist bottle that I bought separately, and I spray it frequently in my car.
