I'm in my early 40s with combination dehydrated skin. I received a sample of the Nomoc Nocturne Sleeping Pack, and after seeing the full-size product, I'm really excited about how my skin might look in two weeks! -Packaging- Opening it up, I found it conveniently divided into single-use portions. Compared to jar packaging, this reduces the risk of contamination, which I see as a big plus. While the packaging uses various materials, it's clear the company has made an effort to be environmentally conscious where possible. The FSC-certified box packaging particularly caught my eye. [FSC Certification] FSC operates a global certification system to help consumers easily identify products using responsibly managed forest resources. This includes Forest Management (FM) and Chain of Custody (CoC) certifications. Forest managers or forest product handlers must undergo an assessment by an independent certification body to receive certification. -User Experience- There's plenty of product to apply generously to your face. It's fun to use because the texture, color, and scent vary slightly each day, making me look forward to what scent I'll experience tonight. I love the convenience of the moisturizer-like texture, and how my skin feels recharged and firmer when I wake up. I've only used 8 out of 16 applications so far, so I'll update if I notice any further improvements after finishing the whole course.
ConsThe downside is that the fragrance feels artificial, overly feminine, and quite strong. I wish they could reduce the scent by half. It doesn't completely address my deep dryness, and there's a slight feeling that it's not fully absorbing. The product description claims it's non-irritating, but I experienced some tingling. I usually apply an anti-wrinkle cream around my eyes during the day, and I'm not sure if there was a reaction between the ingredients, but I felt some irritation. I experienced tingling with packs #1 and #4. With #1, I thought it might be due to its exfoliating properties, so I tolerated it. However, with #4, the tingling was more intense. In the middle of the night, the burning sensation spread to my cheeks, waking me up. I had to wash my face and go back to sleep.
TipThis would be perfect to take on trips where my skin often gets dry at night. To avoid potential irritation, it might be best to apply it while avoiding the eye area.

Packaging: The packaging is incredibly luxurious, and it immediately set high expectations for the product! The intuitive design made it easy to understand how to use it at a glance. It's conveniently packaged in single-use portions. Application: Personally, I felt a slight burning sensation with steps 1 and 2, and they felt a bit heavy when applied. Step 3 was the calming step, feeling light and easily absorbed. Step 4 was exactly as described - full of hydration and moisturizing! Quantity: Each step has quite a generous amount. When applying it all to the face, it can feel a bit excessive and like you're layering on too much product. So I distributed the excess to my neck and the back of my hands! Skin Changes: I have combination skin, with my T-zone requiring oil control almost daily. However, after using this sleeping pack, I didn't need to manage my T-zone as much as before! It seemed more balanced. I noticed it was particularly effective for dead skin cell care. After using it for 9 days, my skin definitely felt more hydrated the next morning, and my makeup applied smoothly without pilling. Combined with enough sleep, even my boyfriend commented on how glowy my skin looked! I plan to continue using this until day 16, and I think I'll purchase it for regular use after that!
ConsPrice: I was surprised by the 58,000 won price tag! But after searching online, I found it on sale for 39,000 won with a coupon on Nomoke, which works out to about 2,450 won per use. If you typically spend 1000-2000 won on a single mask, this might be worth trying! Step 1 Scent: I noticed a scent in step 1 that reminded me of mosquito repellent. It was slightly bothersome, but not overwhelming.
TipThe amount is so generous that one portion could easily be shared between two people!

It would be great as a present too! Hygiene: Each mask is individually wrapped, ensuring hygienic use. Quantity: The amount in each pack is really generous! You can apply it liberally, even on your neck and hands, and there's still plenty left. Absorption: At first, it feels slightly sticky and you can definitely tell you've applied something. But amazingly, when you wake up, it's all absorbed. It doesn't transfer onto your hands! Moisture retention: As mentioned above, it doesn't transfer to your hands when you wake up. While washing your face, you can feel something being washed away. It's as if it creates a moisturizing network that absorbs into the skin without completely drying out, keeping it hydrated.
ConsFragrance ingredient: One fragrance ingredient in the composition caught my attention. I wish they had skipped the fragrance altogether. Scent: Apart from the fragrance ingredient itself, the overall scent is quite cosmetic-like, which might be hit or miss. Personally, I leaned towards disliking it. Stickiness: Being a mask, it does feel a bit sticky right after application. Those who dislike feeling product on their face might find it challenging to use. However, it does absorb completely by morning. Price: While I got to try this through The Hwahae Testers, the regular price of over 50,000 won for 16 masks seems a bit steep. Packaging: This is both a pro and a con! The packaging itself produces a lot of waste, which might be a concern for environmentally conscious consumers.
TipReviews for each line: [Option 1]: It has a floral tea scent, but oddly reminiscent of Effkilla. Not unpleasant though, and it was my second favorite scent. The texture varies slightly between lines, and this one felt just right - not too heavy or light, with the best absorption. [Option 2]: Not exactly floral, but a cozy scent. It had the mildest, most subtle fragrance, making it my favorite! It has the richest texture, giving a nourishing feel during application. [Option 3]: It smells like grass or herbal perfume. Personally, I found the scent too strong and didn't like it. [Option 4]: It has a cotton scent, specifically like cotton wet wipes. It has the lightest texture and gives a slight cooling sensation on the face after application (not burning or excessively cooling).
