I thought this was my secret holy grail product, but when I saw it on Ably, I felt like my hidden gem had been exposed! When I apply it to areas that really need brightening, like my forehead, it definitely delays darkening and keeps my skin looking radiant even as time passes. The shimmer particles are fine, not chunky, so I think you could use it all over your face?
      Cons
The packaging design is a bit dated... And it's true that it has that classic Etude House scent. Also, it seems to break easily with use. The top part has partially shattered, so I can't carry it in my makeup pouch anymore...
      Tip
Here's a real insider tip: I apply this in a straight line down my nose bridge before contouring and highlighting. Then I put highlighter on top, and it creates the illusion of a nose bridge where there wasn't one before. It's legit - I'm out here creating a nose every day!

      Pros
A beauty YouTuber included this in their yearly roundup of best products, and it's also recommended by makeup artists as a great pearl powder. Not only is it affordable, but its staying power and quality are impressive regardless of the price. I was shocked when I first tried it. When we talk about powder, one of the key aspects we praise or critique is the particle size. This product's particles are a bit chunkier compared to famous powders like Make Up For Ever, Laneige, or About-Turn. It's not the trendy fine texture we see nowadays. However, that's what gives it excellent longevity. Most importantly, it's great for blurring pores, making your face look smooth, and it even has a subtle shimmer from pigments that add a delicate sparkle. It's budget-friendly and performs well functionally.
      Cons
However, it might not suit those with sensitive skin or darker complexions due to the powder particles. The chunkier texture means you need to be careful with application - using too much could result in a cakey, 'kabuki-style' makeup look. It's definitely a product that requires precise amount control. Update on December 26th, changing from 4 stars to 2 stars: While the thick particles do provide good coverage, the powder tends to crease and separate in areas with wrinkles or where facial muscles move a lot, like under the eyes and around the mouth. It definitely accentuates wrinkles. The gaps between the thicker particles are unavoidable.
      Tip
For those who have already purchased this, to avoid disappointment, use it only on fuller parts of your face with fewer wrinkles. For areas around the eyes, mouth, and nasolabial folds, opt for a powder with ultra-fine particles for a flawless finish.
