I'm writing this review a bit late, but here goes. True to its name as an 'Essential Emulsion', the texture was exactly what I expected. I liked it even more because the consistency was similar to my usual product. After application and absorption, my skin has a nice glow. It's moisturizing and gentle, quickly soothing any itchiness. I'd especially recommend this for those with dry, itchy skin.

Even after applying toner and emulsion, it feels moisturizing and hydrating! Also, it seems to prevent makeup from flaking and helps it adhere well to the skin.

So far, I haven't found any downsides! It seems to be that good of a product! If it continues to work well, I intend to purchase it and use it more. (This is just my personal opinion)

When my body gets dry, it cracks like snakeskin, gets itchy, and develops tiny red bumps. I tried applying this before bed, and it calmed down a lot! Unlike creams that feel heavy, this emulsion type is perfect for body use too.

My skin gets flushed and makeup looks patchy when it's cold or dry, but this prevents that. It's great to use before makeup and significantly reduces redness.

I've been using A.Solution's cream as a gentle basic product without dramatic changes. However, I think this emulsion would work even better for those with similar combination dehydrated skin types. It seems to improve skin texture much more!

I found that applying it in thin layers two or three times worked better for absorption than applying a thick layer all at once. Since it contains shea butter, those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy, so I recommend using a lightweight toner or skin before this product.

Given that shea butter is one of the ingredients and it's an emulsion formula, I felt it might be too heavy for summer use, even though I have combination dehydrated skin. Also, while using it, I didn't notice any reduction in redness or blemishes. Another downside was that the opaque container made it difficult to check how much product was left. I wish at least part of the container was transparent!

True to its name as an emulsion, I liked that it had better absorption than a cream and felt lighter on the skin.
