Pros
For years, I used the ABIW Rebalancing Emulsion, but it was discontinued, so I became a 'lotion nomad'. Using the Hwahae ingredient search function, I found this Sunjung 10 Mu Emulsion to be the most similar product. When I applied it, it was very gentle, did not cause any trouble, and was reasonably priced, so I plan to settle on this product. As others have mentioned, it is not an exceptional functional product, so I will need to use an ampoule alongside it.
Cons

Pros
I really liked the Hwahae line and have been using it consistently. The ingredients are gentle and there are many components that help strengthen the skin barrier, so it's been great. Definitely, using it consistently has helped improve my skin texture a lot! The formula is a lightweight emulsion, like a blend of essence and cream. The application is smooth and comfortable, but the absorption is a bit slow. When you apply and massage it, it turns white and can feel like it's sitting on top, so you need to pat it in for it to absorb. But once you do that, it surprisingly disappears and your skin suddenly feels moisturized and supple. In the summer, just this product after toner was enough for me. In the fall and winter, when it's drier, I'd add an extra cream or use an essence before the emulsion. I'd recommend adding other products based on your skin type if you find it drying.
Cons
The absorption is slower compared to other lotions, so I wished it would be absorbed more quickly.
Tip
At first, apply the product by gently massaging it into the skin according to the grain of the skin, and then pat it in thoroughly to allow absorption. When using the Sunjung Toner and Sunjung Cream together, the combination was absolutely perfect.

It's gentle and not irritating even when applied to sensitive skin. It's hydrating, so when applied to any irritation, it calms it down! It has just the right amount of moisture.

This is an emulsion that I have been using for several years. Due to shifts in my skin's condition, I have been able to manage my sensitive skin with this pure product. I highly recommend this gentle and soothing product for sensitive skin, as it is suitable for all seasons. It is moisturizing, absorbs well, and most importantly, is excellent at calming the skin. I have been using this as my daily product for over 3 years, and I hope Etude House does not discontinue it.
