It's a 'Restore to Restyle' brand that awakens diverse beauty through radiant hair and skin recovery. 'Restore' refers to hair care products that improve hair structure from within, like hair packs and essences. 'Restyle' means their hair mascara that tames flyaways and allows for easy styling of individual strands. The inner box was neatly packed, and Narca's hair mascara is 100% vegan and certified low-irritation, making it comfortable for both hair and skin use. Narca has patented a unique dual-type brush design. It's the world's first dual-type hair mascara! One side is a tail comb type, the other a brush type, allowing anyone - even those less skilled - to style their hair easily. First, there's the tail comb-shaped 'Styling Edge' with a 4-layer brush structure. Just a few swipes and anyone can style their hair in 3 seconds with this hair mascara. The opposite side is the brush-shaped 'Perfect Fixing' end. It's just like a real mascara wand for your hair! With this hair mascara, you can precisely touch up baby hairs, cowlicks, or any stray strands one by one! It contains a syrup-like glossy essence that not only gives you idol-worthy shiny hair but also doesn't clump or harden. It's perfect for natural-looking, strand-by-strand styling of flyaways. Plus, unlike cheaper hair mascaras, it doesn't dry to a chalky white - a real bonus!
ConsThe price point is a bit high, which is disappointing. It would be great if it were a little more affordable.

I bought it to tame my excessive flyaways, and I'm using it with satisfaction. I recently got a perm, and when I had to take face photos, it really helped control my frizzy bangs.
ConsIt's not a product that gives you that perfect, locked-in hold. I use it to naturally settle the frizz without making my hair stiff or sticky. It's like it calms down the puffiness by one level. I think I'll try the hard fix hair mascara next time.
