After cleansing, applying, and drying one's hair, if one applies makeup without putting on anything else, it is possible to achieve the skin condition that YouTubers refer to as 'Hwahae-eok-meok-pi-bu-sang-tae' (not too moist or dry, pleasantly cool, and smooth).
