If you find it too heavy or greasy after application, don't wash it off. Instead, slightly dampen your fingertips, shake off excess water, and gently pat your face. This will cool it down and reduce some of the oiliness, making it just right.

For those dealing with dermatitis, rosacea, or a compromised skin barrier: After 1-2 weeks, when dead skin cells have sloughed off and new skin has emerged, if that area is red, sensitive, and feels slightly tight, carry the products with you and reapply thin layers every 1-2 hours. Alternate between emulsion, cream, and a mix of both. This method helped me recover almost completely.

IMPORTANT: If you see areas that are visibly raw, rough, red, stinging, or burning, don't apply anything, including this product. Just use saline solution packs for 3 days. Then use saline solution packs and moisturize well. As the dead skin peels off, your skin will recover. Remember, the skin regeneration cycle is about 28 days. I too suffered for months, taking steroids and using weird ointments and ampoules, unable to go outside. But everything got better! Only think about doing more for your skin when it's healthy! Avoid unnecessary touching and let your skin regenerate on its own. That's the most important thing. Hang in there, sensitive skin with a damaged barrier!

It's slightly on the richer side, so I'm a bit worried about using it in midsummer. I'm not sure if DPG is irritating, but the essence from the same line doesn't seem to suit me as well.

So please, keep this exact formulation forever!

Don't just apply the cream quickly. For each cream, take about 5 minutes to massage it into your skin, allowing it to absorb properly. If you just slap it on, the excess oil might remain on the surface and could lead to blemishes.

There's nothing I dislike about it. If I'm being greedy, I'd say I'm curious to try Physiogel's emulsion and toner to see if I can achieve even more flawless skin.

Since I started using two Physiogel AI and DMT creams, I haven't had any new cystic acne. Even when I eat dairy or greasy foods, I only get a few small bumps. As someone who's struggled with acne, I never used to hear compliments about my skin, but since using Physiogel, everyone's been saying how good my skin looks. In winter, AI alone can be a bit drying, so I layer DMT cream on top. After about a month of consistent use, I can visibly see how much stronger my skin barrier has become. With a stronger barrier, I'm getting fewer breakouts too.

For combination skin, the cheek area still feels dry. Not recommended for dry skin as it might be too drying. Due to its oiliness, it can cause small bumps, so those with oily or combination skin need to be careful with the amount used. Occasionally, small bumps appeared, and while no major blemishes occurred, the more I used it, the more I noticed red, eczema-like patches and transparent, milia-like bumps forming, possibly due to the oil content. It felt like my dermatitis was worsening, so I stopped using it. Not recommended for skin sensitive to oil. It works well on dry body skin without causing itching and provides moisture. If it doesn't suit your face, consider using it on your body instead.

I usually can't use rich creams with acids due to their high oil content, so I was looking for a barrier cream when I discovered Physiogel, which doesn't contain acids. I couldn't use the emulsion because it contains acids, and I was worried about the cream because many reviews said it was very oily. However, this product is fine when applied thinly and doesn't cause breakouts. It feels a bit thick when applying, but after application, my skin texture becomes smoother. Compared to other oily cosmetics, it doesn't feel as greasy. For combination skin, I apply a thin layer on the T-zone and two thin layers on the cheeks, which works well. Be careful not to apply too much on the T-zone, as it can cause small bumps.
