The disappointing aspects are:
1. Price
- I've already used up n tubes, and since I have to reapply it frequently, I feel it is quite expensive.
2. Volume
- I wish there was a larger volume available. Since I'm using it continuously, the 30ml size runs out faster than expected. I would like to see 70ml or 100ml jumbo sizes as well.

I've been using it since my newborn days as it's known to be effective for soothing heat rashes.
The advantages I've experienced while using it:
1. It's effective for soothing.
- As a summer baby, my newborn would get bumpy, red skin even with the air conditioner on. But when I applied this serum and cream, it would soothe the skin. That's why it's famous for its Hwahae essence.
2. It absorbs quickly.
- I have to apply both the serum and cream, but sometimes the serum doesn't absorb well and just sits on the surface. And babies tend to roll around and bump their faces, making the products rub off quickly. This serum has a lightweight formula and absorbs quickly, which I really liked.

The scent... it's a bit pungent and unpleasant. When I first smelled it, I was like, "What is this smell...?" It's not a cosmetic smell, but more like a perfume scent.
The application... well, as a newborn product, I didn't expect much in terms of application, but it spreads quite easily. You'll need to rub it in well, or else it'll just sit on the surface like a layer.
It's generally gentle and fine, but after about 3 hours of applying it, the cheap perfume smell lingers on my face, making it unpleasant to wear. It's such a turnoff that it could even lead to an involuntary diet.

The newborn product is something I, an adult, use.
Regular serums and ampoules just don't seem to suit my skin, and getting through the winter with just skin lotion is too difficult, so I ended up buying a newborn product...^^
I was worried that the newborn product might clog my pores or cause milia, but there was none of that - it goes on so moisturizing and gentle that I can even use it when my face is flushed.
It's a product without any special functions, but I use it just to add a bit more moisture to my skin.
