  It's incredibly hydrating and has a lovely scent. Each mask is individually wrapped, making it convenient to use. It seems perfect for packing lightly for a quick weekend getaway.

  Cons

  The bubbles form faster than expected, so you need to quickly apply and massage it on your face. It hardens quicker than anticipated! Also, I'm not sure if it was just me, but the sensation when the bubbles popped was quite unpleasant. It felt somewhat disturbing and gave me goosebumps... It was as if tiny bugs were bursting on my face. Each pop even made that area feel itchy. Despite this, I persevered until all the bubbles disappeared before rinsing. After use, your skin does feel soft and smooth.

  I've only used it for about 5 days due to a sudden skin flare-up. I'll use it more and leave a detailed review later. ✏️ It's fun to watch the bubbles form and pop! ✏️ The texture applies smoothly, making it easy to use. ✏️ This mask didn't cause any blemishes! ✏️ I feel like it might be tightening my pores, but I need to use it more to be sure. ✏️ The scent is kind of earthy?   The bubbling sensation can be a bit itchy, but that's common with bubble masks. Not really a con, I suppose? My skin looked slightly red after use - not sure if it's because I rubbed too hard or if the product is a bit irritating. The single-use amount... it's less than I expected for full face coverage.

  When I use two packs generously, I get a good initial foam and then another round of bubbles after rolling it in. Both times, the foam forms nicely.

  1. Great for pore care! I had large pores around my T-zone, but I noticed them shrinking while using this mask! (I wanted to show you the actual reduction in pore size with a camera, but unfortunately, my camera couldn't capture pores that well.) 2. Effective for dead skin cell removal! I also had many deep-set blackheads on my nose. While it didn't remove them all completely, there was a noticeable reduction in blackheads! It seems to be effective in removing dead skin cells! 3. Convenient to carry! They come individually packaged and are small, making them perfect to take along when traveling!

  Cons

  If you have very thin or extremely dry skin, you might experience a tingling sensation! I felt a slight tingling around my philtrum area when applying it.

  Tip

  The bubbles form quickly after application, so I immediately started rolling it over the areas I wanted to focus on! I continued rolling even as the bubbles were forming. You can really complete the treatment in just 3 minutes! I noticed that even if you roll for more than 3 minutes after the bubbles form, no more bubbles appear - it's just a matter of the bubbles forming and then dissipating. Don't wait expecting more bubbles to form. Once the bubbles have disappeared, it's best to just wash your face - this will help save time!

  Skin condition: Combination oily, currently sensitive 1. Individual packaging - Each mask is individually wrapped, making it convenient for travel and hygienic. 2. Application time - The entire process, from applying to rinsing off, takes less than 3 minutes. It's so quick that even those prone to laziness can easily incorporate it into their routine. 3. Texture - I previously used Inni**'s volcanic clay mask, which had a thick consistency. It applied heavily, felt tight as it dried, and was difficult to wash off, making it inconvenient to use. This made me wary of wash-off masks. - However! The IOPE volcanic clay mask has a milder texture. It spreads easily on the face, and you can feel oxygen-like bubbles popping. The mask transitions from a mud texture to foam, then dries into a thin layer that rinses off effortlessly with water. 4. Results - After the first use, I didn't notice any dramatic changes, but my complexion seemed slightly clearer.

  1. Post-use blemishes - I didn't notice much after the first application, but following the second use, I developed small bumps on my skin.

  After rinsing, I noticed my nose and surrounding cheeks were slightly red. I didn't apply any pressure when massaging, and was actually very gentle to avoid irritation. Yet it still caused some redness. Fortunately, it subsided after skincare, but those with severe blemishes or super sensitive skin should be extra cautious when using this. Update: After using it a few more times with breaks in between, I didn't experience any redness. Perhaps my skin was just a bit sensitive that day! I now believe it's not irritating.

  As a member of The Hwahae Testers, I received this product and used it about 3 times as recommended (2-3 times a week). First off, I loved that each use is individually packaged, making it perfect for travel or on-the-go skincare. The portability is definitely its biggest advantage. After cleansing, I applied it to my dry face and rolled it on. The bubbles immediately started to form and fizz up. The volcanic scoria is known to help with blackheads, and I could feel my skin becoming cleaner, almost to the point of feeling dry.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it didn't seem to agree with my skin. I felt a stinging sensation and a burning feeling. Afterwards, my skin felt very dry, even after applying cream. You'll need to follow up with a good moisturizer and hydrating routine.
