The pills are small, but you have to take 3 per serving, so I didn't really feel it was convenient to take. If you have high expectations for significant weight loss, you may be disappointed. It's a shame that you can only take it once a day, limiting it to just one meal, but I just ignored that and took it twice a day anyway.

I bought it because it was cute due to the Sanrio collaboration, and I saw effective weight maintenance results. I didn't separately follow a diet or exercise regimen, and even when I ate fattening delivery foods, my weight didn't spike up significantly and was maintained. Since it's a supplement taken with meals, it also provides a sense of reassurance.

The price, the price, the price is the most disappointing part, as always..ㅠㅠ
