  Pros

  I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as coral-toned as I expected. Being cool-toned, I was worried it might look too yellow on me.

  Cons

  The staying power is terrible. It comes off with the slightest touch of saliva. It feels like false advertising.

  Pros

  • Pleasant scent (slightly artificial peach-like fragrance) • Plastic tip applicator suggests long-lasting use + The thick texture works well with the plastic tip • Convenient as it peels off after drying (must be completely dry before removal!!)

  Cons

  • Can feel slightly tingly (occasionally a bit irritating) • Longevity is somewhat disappointing after one application (Layering seems to make it last about a day) • The thick consistency might be challenging to apply at first • If applied over dead skin cells, it doesn't peel off completely when removed!

  Tip

  I recommend exfoliating the night before applying the O'arde lip tint! When I applied it without exfoliating first, the color stained the dead skin cells and disappeared as they flaked off. Don't assume it won't come off - if you try to remove it immediately with a wet wipe, the color will transfer, so I advise against using wet wipes.

  Pros

  Color: Given the nature of lip tattoos, overly intense shades can look unnatural. The odd pink shade, however, is a light pink (coral) that creates a beautifully natural tint.

  Cons

  Longevity: It doesn't last as long as darker shades. Application: The thick texture can be challenging to control for first-time users of lip tattoo products.

  Tip

  To enhance longevity, exfoliating lips and removing excess oil is essential! Remember, applying a thicker layer doesn't improve staying power or color payoff, so apply just enough for it to dry properly.

  Pros

  ✅ It gives you a natural lip color without needing additional lip makeup. ✅ It's easy to use regardless of your makeup skills - just apply, let it dry, and peel off. ✅ You don't need a lip base color as it leaves a natural tint, so you can just add a point color on top if desired.

  Cons

  ✅ Depending on your lip condition, it may cause burning or tingling sensations. While it claims to have a plumping effect, it doesn't seem to be very noticeable. ✅ It tends to emphasize dead skin cells and the boundary between the inner lip and the tinted area is quite visible. ✅ The longevity isn't as long as advertised, and it fades unevenly when eating. ✅ When peeling off after drying, it often comes off to one side, so you end up having to remove it by hand.

  Tip

  ✅ Rather than using it on lips with dead skin cells, apply lip balm beforehand to soften and prep your lips for a prettier result. ✅ Apply it a bit thicker than you think necessary, and doing it twice can enhance the color payoff and improve longevity.

  Although I have a warm skin tone, this shade is perfect for a natural, bare-faced look - even better than shade #1.

  Cons

  The staying power isn't particularly long-lasting. It feels like it comes off when I brush my teeth.

  Try to avoid eating or touching your mouth after application. For longer wear, blot and let it dry completely.
