From my perspective, there wasn't anything particularly disappointing. That just means it worked really well for me - great stuff!

The patches were so thin they were practically invisible. When I applied them twice a day, alternating day and night for about 3 days, my blemishes quickly subsided.

It seems to take about 2-3 days of continuous wear for the blemishes to start calming down gradually.

The adhesion is somewhat lacking. I used to use Daiso products, but with these, they start to come loose as soon as you move a little or if there's any curvature. It's unfortunate. The quality for the price is a bit disappointing.

It easily lasts for two days. Some hydrocolloid patches are so thin they're ineffective even after two days, but this one's different. Maybe it's because it's made by a pharmaceutical company? Anyway, I love its calming effect, strong adhesion, and how it's not too noticeable. Plus, it comes in two sizes, which is convenient.

To be honest, I'm not sure about its effectiveness in calming blemishes. I use it for wound protection and healing.
